I'm feeling a whole lot better. Went back to see the Doctor Monday had he said to stay away from greasy and fried foods for about a week and a half and no training until Friday. Thanks to everyone's for their well wishes.
Duffy arrives today. He's supposed to call me from the airport so I know what train he's taking and where to meet him.
